I only got my laser cutter about a month or so ago, and everytime I contact the office I get the friendliest service, and when I place an order online, it is delivered almost instantly it would seem. I get my order either same day or the next!! Super excited to get cutting again. I ordered materials this morning, went to pick my son up from school, and when I got back, my husband had signed for the package and it was waiting for me on my desk!

We bought a laser machine in 2007. We only needed to replace the tube this year January. The machine is not cheap but its worth it as your down time is minimal. The aftersales service is excellent. Keep up the good work
