Those basic life skills that fall through the cracks as a child but that we all wish we knew about once we became adults… Those are the things we try and shine a light on at Upfront Leaders. Success in life involves more than academic achievement! It is not IQ, nor level of education, nor luck, nor talent, nor good looks, nor money that determines our success in life. Sure, these factors do matter; but the right attitude contributes more than anything else towards our eventual success. We offer extra mural programs and guidance for children and families specifically set to improve: • Accountability • Direction • Attitude • Motivation These basic character traits are found in most successful people. By developing these core traits we find improvements in many other areas such as: • Quality of work & Communication • Confidence & Creativity • Self-discipline & Consistency • Decision-making & Assertiveness • Concentration & Time utilisation • Planning & organising and so on… These programs bring long term benefits by improving the learners’ thinking patterns. We promise no quick fix solutions to life’s problems. Instead we encourage people to take a long term view to shaping the attitudes that govern their lives. Henry Ward Beecher said: “Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody expects of you. Never excuse yourself.” It is time that we support our kids in not only coping with todays’ challenges and pressures, but to become the best versions of themselves that they can be, to achieve all they are able to, to have the skills they need to cope and exceed expectations, and in the process, become a spectacular humanbeing that you have no worries or fears over to send them into the real world when they leave the house.
