Our experience with the firm has been limited to interactions with Lindi Killian and Kevin McCullam (who has since left the firm, but is still instructed by us). Lindi went above and beyond to assist us with our matters, even reverting back to us on matters after hours. She is extremely efficient and it is a pleasure to work with her. I have always received an excellent standard of service from Tuckers Incorporated.
Absolutely unrealiable and incompetent. They kept quiet for 2 months claiming our documents weren't out yet only to find collection was never made. The stuff was very rude and conscending. We had to fetch the certificate ourself. Information was not shared with us, we have to beg them to give us feedback on our matters. I highly recommend you do not go there!
The service provided by Tuckers is unacceptably poor as I have to continually ask about progress which is very slow and could hardly get feedback which demonstrates that they are working on my case. I would not recommend Turkers to anyone.
