Not worth the trouble as they sell damaged tyres to customers try to replace with a tyre that is worse off that what you paid for...meaning not roadworthy or even worse the incorrect tyre size... and if you tell the owner thats not acceptable he refuses to refund you as you was the one that poked a whole in the tyre or damaged it stating that they have so many years in business and have a great reputation Donny from Chatsworth no sure how you do business but it will turn to bite you one day

“5 branches and more opening soon, thousands of customers. 21 years in the business. I don't think Donny is a bad apple. You just a creepy misunderstanding customer with no respect. Sorry but I just had to say it.” This reply just makes the customer’s review seem more credible. I was not happy with the second hand tyres I had fitted from the Umgeni rd branch a few months back. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I was told they had ‘x’ percent of tread and upon fitment found the one tyre nowhere near the suggested percentage. Also couldn’t have them balanced because their machine wasn’t working at the time.

Friendly staff but tyres fitted were poor quality and pricey. Both tyres had sidewall bulges by the time I got back home (30km)
