I would not support this store at all if I where you. Yesterday at the gateway branch I found They're extremely slow and the service you'll get after you purchase something is atrocious. I have a traxxas maxx rc car and yesterday when I went into store for some fuel I decided to buy my son a small toy truck that "looked" strong however it broke before I can even give it to him. The truck didn't leave the packet and was protected by a small mountain of blankets that I had in the back seat of my bakkie. My son is not even 2 yet and when I gave him the small truck he showed me that it's broken and that really broke my heart because besides working hard for my money I just wanted to see my little boy happy with the truck that I got him. So I decided to call the store as I always support them and to my surprise they where very rude and told me that all they're products are checked before they're on the shelf (at this point I knew it was just an excuse) he then told me that there's no returns on plastic items. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store as they're uneducated and you'll be stuck with a problem as I now know that they sell broken toys in store. (as the manager told me yesterday since he checks all toys and is happy with selling broken toys to us) the post service and actual service is scary and I'm really considering getting my lawyer involved. There's tons of other hobby stores around guys and I assure you that my entire rc community will stop supporting them as we always get together plus we have a huge WhatsApp group and I really can't wait to tell them about my experience in this sad little store. I'm greatful that I had to get ripped off to help advise you all moving forward. Do not support toys in s.a. As they robbed me with a smile yesterday! This is not what Mandela fought for.
