I live in London so it was a logistical nightmare trying to work out how we could get my elderly father from Southport to Durban Airport so that he could join us for a holiday in the Kruger National Park. Thankfully I found East Coast Cabs online, and from the moment I spoke to Sunil on the phone I realised he was not only kind and friendly, but a true professional and that my Dad would be in good hands. What impressed me most was Sunil's patience when I found it difficult to work out how to pay him from a UK account, and also his thoroughness: when I sent him details of the pick-up he read them so carefully that he noticed that I'd given two different telephone numbers for my sister. My father also said that Sunil was lovely to talk to during the 1.5 hour trip and that he took really good care of him every step of the way. Thanks to Sunil we had a week-long holiday in the sunshine - and no anxiety about my dad's welfare while getting to the airport. I would highly recommend this company for its caring and professional approach, especially if you have an elderly relative.

I have been using East Coast Cabs regularly for the past 3 months. They offer a highly professional service at a competitive price. Sunil responds promptly to emails and calls. The driver Clarence is extremely prompt and helpful. They will ensure that they bring a suitable size vehicle if you have luggage esp when travelling. I have no hesitation in recommending this team and will use them again. Thanks team for a great job.
This was the first, but definitely not the last time that I have used East Coast Cabs.. Their driver, Clarence, came to fetch me from the airport at a very reasonable rate. When we arrived at my house my security gate was not fully closed. BeongHe refused to leave me on my own unless I have called ADT. He then proceeded to walk around the house while we were waiting for ADT. After ADT arrived he once again walked wih the guy and also walked through the house with him. Only after everything turned out to be safe, did he leave. 40 minutes later he even checked up on me again to find out if everything was still okay. Going the extra mile like Clarence did, is what I call good service. I know that I will not get that from another taxi services who will just want to rush iff to the next client. I am very happy to recommend these people to my friends and anyone looking for a reliable taxi service!!
Left a Zippo lighter in the cab, the driver Shaun said he will return it to the hotel I was staying at later that night. He didn't, I tried meeting him many times afterwards but he continuously avoided me.
