Terrible experience( Service Department) Relative took her car for service and only got car after 4:30. I went early and the car was just parked aside. The staff aren't bothered to properly communicate to clients who have queries. They spent a whole day doing something that could have been done in a few hours.

Handed car in. Car didn't start after serviced and paid for . They had hammered my car battery pole so I had to get it jump started and go to a battery centre to spend R1600 for a new battery . Shocking. Hyundai service department even had a quote ready for me to buy a battery from them.
Workshop manager and staff provide excellent service. Mr Dharamaraj goes beyond the call of duty for customer satisfaction.

As am writing this tax I am standing they never offered me a sit and they just looked at me I don't know if it becourse am not Indian or what I even to pics of those guyz never ever am I buying something from them I was really broken by what they did and I hope they see this
Bought a preowned vehicle that was supposed to have gone through the quality checks. The brake pads after only 4000km needed to be replaced. They did not fully explain that you have to wait up to 6 months for an extended motor plan to kick in to get the parts covered by the motor plan. Personally I don't think that there should be a waiting period if you buy the vehicle from a dealer and it has gone through quality checks... but thats my 2 cents for my over half a million... the infotainment/head unit does not work with my phone, so am not getting what I paid for and after numerous asks for assistance on this, I have had no response. If your going to push deals to make your month end, at least push just as hard to make sure the customer is satisfied...
Was attended to immediately upon entering the store and shown the cars they. Was offered a deal on a demo but I didn't like the car. Salesman took down my details to send me a cars that I would like. Of the few he had sent me none of them were to my liking, so I'm still on the hunt to find my new wheels. Thanks hyundai umhlanga
I had read some of the bad reviews this dealership had so arrived for car service today with apprehension. I was checked in immediately by Pooja Moodley, called within 30 minutes with a quote, called at lunch time for go ahead to replace wipers and again at 2.00 to say car ready in 20 mins. Payment and collection of the car was again quick and efflortless. Thank you to Hyundai Umhlanga and Pooja for your great service!
