Bought a small veg meal here for lunch today. Excellent value and such tasty food. I eat a lot of Indian food and this was superb. The depth of flavour was unbelievable and it was just above medium chilli heat. Well done guys, we will definitely be buying from you again.
Visited this little curry shop. Totally vegetarian. Variety of curries on offer with rice roti or in a bunny. Lots of savoury treats on offer, like veda, puri patha, samosas etc. The veda was a bit dry for my liking. The curry and rice was tasty and value for money. I love that they are reasonably priced. Wonderful selection of sweetmeats on offer. I tried the gulab jamun and burfee. Excellent. Didn't get to try the breyani, they were sold out. Was not a lover of the soji, it was lacking in flavor. My mum really enjoyed the sweet dosa. It was freshly prepared. Also the special sandwiches were divine. Even the masala chips is a must try. Shop is a bit small and can get a bit congested and busy. Would definitely recommend u try this place out. Parking is problematic unless u are parked at the gateway parking.
The best Vegetarian food in South Africa.
Only giving one star because giving zero stars is not allowed. The food was disgusting. Dosa was uncooked, not crispy and not even an actual dosa. Items were left out from the order - no apology or compensation given. Paneer makanwala tasted terrible. Stale sev puri. Terrible service. Will never eat there again.
