Great concept however the app needs a lot of work!! Even when the drivers get lost and you are watching them get lost there is no way to message them unless they message you! Very frustrating and easy to fix! Just make it able for customers to message drivers and assist them! GPS system within the app is also not very good at all! Constantly gets drivers lost l and not only is it irritating for the customer but it is also unfair for the drivers as they end up spending way more on fuel and lose out on essential profits!

No toppings on pizza.... The delivery guy came in a van and it looked like the topping and cheese were picked off.... Waited 2 hours for the replacement pizza.
Best branch ever! I was home with my little baby girl and after a hard week of work and broken sleep I forgot to get dinner, so on the Friday night I arrived home and phoned And asked if you guys did Kuaui, the lady very positivity and efficiently assisted me in getting my best dish that was not even on your menu at the time. I now have been ordering The Winter Harvest Soup with Chicken at least twice a week since! Thank you for your brilliant service and awesome drivers I always give them a very good tip. Keep it up.
