These are fraudsters... They have run credit searches on my name... Fraudulently as i never applied for anything. They dropped my score by 8 points ans now they refuse to help. The agent thobani nkabinde lies that there no managers. She says her manager is home sick. lies that there is no complaints team. I have had no resolution to my complaint. Sickening.

Rewardsco is definitely fraudulent because they opened and account from MTN using my details and I don't know how they got my ID because I did not authorize anything, and now MTN has been taking money from my account and when I try call rewardsco the line is taken by someone who doesn't even speak English.

I purchased 100gig mtn contract with a router on the black friday special. It is now 2 months into the contract and I only receive 500mb for R75 per month. I have called and emailed mtn and rewards co and still the issue is not resolved. Guys if you are interested in a contract go directly to the service provider. Rewards co is saying to me that mtn didn't give them the correct code for this deal and story goes on. What nonsense i will stop the debit orders let Them take me to court.
