This company is a joke, I reserved a dive months in advance only to get there as per their directions to find the shop closed up. There were 2 locations they could of meet us at, so I went to one and my wife went to another to insure we didn't miss them. 15 mins after the scheduled time had past, I "what's app'd" him, it sent, delivered and he didn't open it until 5 mins after I sent it and only because I called, which he didn't answer, at that time he finally responded (if you know anything about what's app, you will know what I mean). He had the nerve to tell me dives were canceled due to bad weather they went out that morning to find visibility 0. I find that hard to believe as we were early to our scheduled time, yet we never saw anyone nor any boats. The other thing, it was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean as calm as I've ever seen. He was very rude in his texts until I told him who I scheduled my dive with, then it appeared someone else took over on the texting as they were very nice after that. Bottom line, they forgot about us, slept in and didn't open up shop until 10am, when our dive was at 6:30am. I've been to Africa 4 times and never have I had a business treat me this way.
