We contacted Samsung support for an issue with an error code on our dishwasher. They sent out Applique Appliances with a call out fee of R350. The two technicians arrived and instantly said the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. They were literally in and out in 5 minutes. Absolutely no investigation / basic checks were done. We fixed the dishwasher ourselves the next day for free. Turns out the float switch was stuck. Few days later we received a quote of more than R2500 to fix our supposedly broken motherboard. TLDR - Applique Appliances stole R350 from us and tried to swindle us out of a couple grand more

Worst service I have ever experienced! Took me a week to get them to make an appointment to fix my fridge They never phone back when they say they will. Once the appointment was booked then they want payment before the appliances has been fixed.When you say you will pay cash once the repair is done, they just don't show up for the appointment you have made. Will never use this company again.

This is one business that I would never recommend or use again. While I was on the phone with them to schedule a time to come and look at my fridge, the lady was talking simultaneously to someone else. I had to repeat the address more than once. They made an appointment and then simply did not show up. When I phoned they they indicated that they do not work in Sasolburg. According to them they did not know the address was in Sasolburg. When I asked to speak to the manager (Eugene) he initially did not want to speak to me and then said that I should behave like a lady.

I want to agree with Juan, Kevin and Xolani. The company is useless my washing machine was delivered on the 22nd of September 2017 and was only fixed in March 2018. When I went to collect my machine it had 2 dents on it and the owner said it was like that when I brought it and that it was noted on the job card that there were dents and scratches on the machine. When I told him that it was a general note on all their job cards just to cover them because he was not able to show any scratches on the machine he start screaming and swearing at me. It would take more than two pages to write the whole story of bad service and attitudes and I don’t have the time for it but one thing is sure I would NEVER in my life use them ever again or refer anyone to use them

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Company is useless, no feedback. Waiting for over 3 weeks for my dishwasher to be fixed, first they coming, then 2 days later they waiting for the part. Nobody knows what they are doing. Will not use them again!
