Got wrong information from sales person when I signed a new data contract and lodged a cancellation within 7 days. It is now 3 months and still not cancelled. Best is I have not used 1Kb of the data and it has cost me already about R 2500 just to try and cancel it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP AND MTN I BEG YOU!!!!!!

The Vaal Mall branch, like every branch in Vanderbijlpark, is a franchise. Thus unable/unwilling to help you with any issues you may have with your contract (except repairs). Some of the staff are rude and dismissive, though there are also genuinely helpful staff. It's all a matter of chance

Yoooh so disappointed with the service I received. One lady called concerning my upgrade. We did it & I even forwarded my ID copy and she just disappeared. So I'm worried about the copy I forwarded if it was for the right purpose or its a scam. Really such things make us panic it's not safe. Not at all. Regards WORRIED CLIENT!!!!
