Jonathan Webb is very unprofessional. We had a confirmed appointment and he didn't pitch up or even have the common decency to cancel the appointment. When I called him to ask where he was he said that he would call me back and he didn't. He didn't answer any of my subsequent calls or texts. I waited for him for an hour. Clearly he doesn't need or want the business. If this is how he messes around with a new client I dont even want to know how he would have treated me if I had him install my kitchen. I have dodged a bullet. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disgusted.
