I was there yesterday, and I must say the service is amazing. From the booking right till the actual day. Charissa responds promptly to any queries concerning the booking and the actual day. The experience is worth the value, especially the food. I would highly recommend liquid lounge for all your special occasions or just a relaxing peaceful Sunday.

On the 27th of October 2019 my friends and I boarded the Liquid Lounge cruise. When we returned to the parking area we found that our vehicle had been broken into and that some items had been stolen. After communicating to the owner of the cruise he informed us that we parked there at our own risk and that things like this happen. We weren't happy with the fact that we payed so much money to board a 2 hour cruise while our vehicles weren't safe. We told the owner of the cruise that if our vehicles aren't safe while we've boarded then we wouldn't be coming back to Liquid Lounge in which he then responded that we DO NOT have to come back. I guess business must be booming for such a bold comment. Even though I understand that this is the first incident that has occurred while boarding the Liquid Lounge, I don't agree with how the owner handled the situation by telling us not to come back if we weren't happy with the way things are done. Why would we want to go back to a place when our vehicles aren't safeguarded and only for us to be told that we don't even have to come back? Response to the owner: The problem with the owner's response is that it ignores the fact that I was there and that I'm not presenting a hearsay version. The lady mentioned in his response was very upset at the fact that the owner was totally apathetic with his comment about him not being bothered if we don't ever come back. The presence of a security guard gives visitors a false sense of security, especially if he can't even cast an eye over the parking lot. It does not matter who's premises you are using. If you're inviting people to come and use your boat for a function, where exactly do you expect them to park their cars? And is it really fair to tell them afterwards that they park at own risk?
