I took my car for service at this dealer.Upon drop off there was nothing on my windscreen and the checklist shows nothing on the windscreen too.Upon collection of the car the windscreen was cracked and upon speaking to Paul Marchbank(Service manager) he says the car had a chip on the windscreen and that resulted to the crack but when I dropped off the car there was nothing on the windscreen and no chip marks were present and none marked as per checklist.Paul proceeded to tell me that they wont fix my windscreen even though my car windscreen was cracked on their property due to them negligently handling my car during service.

Be careful, a potential security risk. They collect a lot of personal data by skimming it off your drivers license and car disk (using handheld scanners) add that to your telephone number you give them and they have a goldmine of data. This is handled by a security guard at the gate, who frankly seemed untrained in securely handling personal data. The worst was the parts sales side , I was looking for help and planning to buy spares if could get assistance. They treatment was schoking, they did not have diagrams or even the availability to look for the right spares if you have the VIN number, I visited scrapyard that had those diagrams. The parts salesman had to call the workshop manager who was unable to help. The treatment from the workshop manager was cold, and I felt he could help but was unwilling. His crossed arm and short answers assured me the does not want to help. There where no other customers on the premises, people where sitting at their desks doing nothing . FYI I went to private supplier who the diagrams and supplied the parts with a smile.
