The boom opened immediately and there was plenty of room to park. There were directions to guide me to the desk where I placed the order. Within 5 minutes I was back at my car in time for my next app. I transfered the necessary money into the bank by EFT and had to rush home. I was able to fone the orders desk and give the lady who served me in the morning the required info. She entered the Nedbank info onto the computer and said my order would be delivered the next day. This service given to a 70 yr old widow was outstanding.
