What an amazing experience. I was fortunate enough to attend both the Pastry and dessert course on the same weekend. Ryan made what I thought was difficult task into an easy to understand process.

A really wonderful experience! A lovely day out! All instructions are clear, and information is laid out very neatly - with space for notes. Ryan goes above and beyond to make the course enjoyable. He uses quality ingredients, and anticipates anything that could go wrong. I have done the dessert course twice - taking a friend with me the second time for her birthday. It is a lovely setting, and the desserts are absolutely delicious! Overall I would heartily recommend it.
This was a five star course. Very informative and a must to attend. Highly recommendable.
Really enjoyed both of the courses this Studio had to offer! I never thought I'd be capable of making the "fancy" desserts often seen in restaurants... Now I can not only make them, but they taste even better than any you'll find in a restaurant! These courses are perfect for a group of friends or even family wanting to up their dessert-making game! Ryan also provided extra tips and tricks he had discovered when practicing his recipes over and over in order to perfect them which was really helpful!
Did a pastry course. Had expert teaching with a very relaxed atmosphere. Got to taste our efforts at the end - top notch. Best pasteis de nata I've ever had (not pictured). Great for a group of friends or for professionals wanting to upskill.
