I am a Pensioner and I felt very welcome and I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Staff is very friendly, helpfull an efficient.
On Friday, 18th of September I tried 8 phone calls to get hold , because I needed to know my Renewed Driving Licence. Two phone calls were just put down. The other phone calls never answered. Are you calling this service????? I have slots of understanding, but this is no Service.
GUYS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY ONLY TAKE 40 APPLICATIONS PER DAY FOR LICENSING ISSUES LIKE DRIVER LICENSE RENEWAL AND TEMP LICENCES.
I would recommend this branch to anyone. Definitely one of the best functioning office to get a driver's renewal in Natal - possibly South Africa. End to end process took me 30 minutes and was a breeze. I know there is talk in social media. But this branch was working just fine
Absolutely great service! Phoned to check if they were open and online and had a friendly informative staff member advise me that they were open but the system was a little slow, the line wasn't long and reiterated their business hours. We arrived and were greeted by security who informed us where we could get forms and where to go for our eye test and finger prints. We were welcomed by Mr Khan who was very professional and friendly as he advised us as to the procedure. The cashier was also very helpful. Was an absolute breeze and such a pleasure.
Recently was so excited on getting my learners, only to go and pay to this lady who was nothing but rude ,pretentious and arrogant. She calls me to pay and take a seat, as i awoke to give my money in, she abrasively tells me , "I TOLD YOU TO SIT", as she continues to do nothing else, maybe my skin was not white enough or black enough to be spoken to like a HUMAN BEING, btw, I'm a mother of 3 and my own kids don't even speak to me that way. Common courtesy is out the window, there is no need to be rude. Its disgraceful and YOU should feel embarrassed, being woman, of how you treat others. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
