I was at this doctors consulting rooms twice. The first time they made me pay R50 to open a file which of course is unethical and the medical aid does not cover. The second time i was there they insisted to open INDIVIDUAL accounts for each family member at a cost of R50. That means if anyone in my family under my medical aid comes to this doctor they first have to pay R50 to open a new file. Not to mention the rudeness of the secretary when conveying this message. Let's Leave doctors like this behind who forgot that they are doctors and became cunning business men who practice unethically.
