Been in hospital at Mediclinic in Welkom a few times, this time I was treated to an atmosphere that created a confidence in all the staff to be welcoming and sure of them selves, this made me feel I am going to be Ok. I stayed in General ward for 2 nights and was treated by one and all with utmost respect. i did not like to hear the diagnoses I received but was supported by all the staff ( doctors included). Can recommend any patient to make use of their care !!! Thank you Mediclinic Welkom.

Employees know how to talk to patients with respect and polite. And hygine is very good
Not Satisfied with Medi-Clinic. They Can't communicate, they seem like they don't want to work and allow the people at the hospital to do whatever they want. The nurses are very nice but powerless to sort out the Doctors who Don't seem to be bothered
This used to be the best private hospital in town.... In the morning you would be greeted by warms smiles that given hope that WE ARE HERE FOR YOU and WE CARE but not lately....

I dont know if this is relevant but if maybe you can look at the chairs in the paediatric dep, we have to be with the baby 24 hours, my daughter and I are taking turns to sit wit the baby, after 8 hour plus sitting on one of these plastic chairs it feels as if my kidneys are trying to klimb out of my body and my back is killing me. I am sitting here now feeling very sorry for my self just another 8 hours of pain and agony. The rest no complaints
Casualty department has absolutely no sense of urgency. My mom almost died sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting area for an hour,because there were obvious P3's who were there before us. Patients family should not have to throw tantrums to get things done. Staff in icu was great but that casualty needs some work
