The place is very clean, atmosphere is serene, not noisy. Music is playing very low and the atmosphere allows for conversation with family members while munching over delicious meals. Staff is friendly and always attentive. Their food is fresh and tasty, thanks for everything.

A lovely Nando's experience. Sit-in. Pleasant staff and did not wait long for food. Very attentive. Decor inside matches standard of overseas branches.
Service could be better... They didn't have the Nandos (Greek Salad) and we were given dry chicken with our first order. 2nd order was good
The food is great. I am very much in love with Nandos sauces. Service is very slow, staff looks tired or bored.
Slow....more a die through than a drive through. Very expensive as well!

So the order took very long. I inquired from the lady giving out orders. In a dismissal manner she said "waiting for chicken livers". Ten minutes later I approached the teller requesting her to cancel the livers. She requested for me to be patient a little longer (must I say she was very polite). As a token of an apology for waiting 50 minutes for my order she threw in complementary rolls and salad. So I'm not sure how to rate this one!
I visit this weekend and it was so nice with my family and friends food was so delicious and staff were so friendly
