We had a lovely stay. We rented self-catering chalet no. 10. It was clean and had all the basic amenities. The toilet might need a upgrade. It flushes very little water. That means it does not clean properly. It also takes a VERY long time to fill again for a second flush. We used a bucket to fill it up quicker. It was very hot, but all the rooms had fans. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the mini golf course. Take enough bug spray for the mosquitoes. We will definitely visit again.

On a whim we decided to listen to friends recommendation and visit Doringlaagte. I can definitely recommend this for family time. Jim and his team were amazing. We're definitely sending you lots of prayers and positive energy for RAIN . I can imagine how much more fun there is to have when your dams are full. The Hot Tub was very enjoyable heated up at at night & doubled as a quick convenient cool day dip in the blazing heat when we were too lazy to walk back to one of the three outdoor swimming pools. It does need a good cleaning though. Glamping Bathrooms need a bit of attention and the canoes too but we will definitely be back over a weekend to experience the amazing indoor heated bar & pool area with the Rasta Decor. Loved it! Natasha, you guys were Great! Thank you for your Energy.

Great place to relax with family and friends, camping facilities are in great condition and well maintained. Lots to do for kids , heated swimming pool in Bar area for adults and heated pool for Kids separately. 'Beach front pool' big dam for kayaking . Mini golf and 4x4 track.

We had a wonderful camping longweekend at Doringlaagte, so much for the kids to do and the Beach pub was AWESOME !! The best vibe!! We will definitely be back for more cocktails ! Can't wait for our next visit xxx

Such an amazing place. Clean, neat and 100% family friendly. From small kids to teens activities and golf for mom and dad. Definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Great place, neat and clean ablutions. Unfortunately there will be other people who don't understand the camp rules. Music playing from various camp sites until late into the evening. People making a noise until the early hours of the morning.
