Huuuuge shout out to Joe and Geraldo at Auto pedigree CW. What amazing service! They walk the extra mile and guide you all along the way. Buying a car on your own at 19 years old is scary but they made this the best experience! They made me laugh and made me feel right at home. Huge smile on my face and super happy with my new wheels!

Had the worst experience as a first time buyer. The young salesman who helped me initially was very friendly and helpful. While talking about the car specs he called a older salesman who I assume must be the owner or an senior salesman. He had the most arrogant and unprofessional attitude which put me off immediately. Worst of all is that he made sarcastic comments towards my father. Maybe that's just his personality but that is no way to talk to a client. I would never go back to auto pedigree Worcester even if they have the car I really want. Thank you to the young salesman who tried to help but unfortunately one person ruined it for the whole business.
Terrible Dealership! Got my car end July,had numerous problems with car.Had an issue within the first 12 hours of having the car e.g Battery problems,radio problems,vibrations on all 4 wheels ect...problems continued after that.Spoken to the Manager Joe which he tried to assist by sending my car to the USELESS Recon Centre in Brackenfell that doesnt do the repairs properly.The salesman Patrick is just standing out of the water now Been sent to the manufacturer Renault but problem persist! Will definitely never refer anybody to this dealership as im still struggling to get the car sorted.Been to repairs 6 times in this 4 months.Absolutely regret this deal My husband also want to purchase a car but this service aint great.He will take his money elsewhere.
