Dexter's Lab

Very disappointing. Asked to be added to a waiting list for a car and was told I don't need a deposit as the deal was that I would trade in my current car. I phone 9 months later to find out if the car is on it's way, is it finally my turn? No sorry, the salesman no longer works there and he told me the wrong thing so 9 months wasted. No one ever picked up the phone to let me know. Strangely, they did give me a call when someone opted out of their Jimny and then I was good enough to offer a car for but not now? Sorry guys, this is terrible service.
