Ordered and paid for an item online late afternoon. Went to store next morning to collect, even though the confirmation of payment received was not yet sent to store. Sales person was not fazed and politely did what they should do, which was check with their finance department that funds were paid. Love companies that don't make their problem your problem. Only spent R100 but was treated as if I spent R10000. Will definitely use the process again.
