Absolutely rude and arrogant customer service. I called in to inquire about a certain product and because they didn't know the answer they were cutting me off and became extremely arrogant and rude. How can a company sell products without knowing any information about them especially if you importing from another country. Would never reccomend this company to anyone. No friendly customer service skills at all.
