First of all a big thanks to Mohammed, my nissan micra popped a boost pipe and nissan wanted R3215,60 for the boost pipe. After going all over richardsbay a1 motor spares was the only place willing to help and mohammed sourced the silicone pipes and parts for me for under 1k. Will always recommend them. Service was first class and my car is boosting again like a king! Thanks for the excellent and personal service and help! Highly recommend them! P.s it was a day before christmas and they made a plan instead of just showing me away to come back next year although i stay in pretoria or just showing me the door! Thanks gents! 100%
Very poor telephone service. Shop service can be improved a little. Sometimes they just ignore you, you need to initiate the interaction as a Customer as if they not there to serve you.
