Purchased a centurion vert-x swing gate motor from a guy by the name Dave. Fetched the goods on the 14/08/2018. Had the installers come in to fit the motor on this past Sunday . was advised by the installer that the battery is missing. Called Dave who advised he will look into the matter. His feedback was that he had no extra battery and that I signed for the receipt of goods. ,after explaining to him that when I fethced the goods all I was given was 2 sealed boxes and a length of cable, I was under the impression that these 2 boxes contained all the items as advertised, his response was that he can sell me a battery for half the price. called him back to try and get the battery that I paid for and did not receive hi reponse was again that I signed for the battery and maybe I forgot it on the counter and someone else took the item. Which is mostly likely not the case as I was the only person at the shop when I fetched the goods. He the refused to take the matter any further statiminh that he has done his part. THIS IS WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS : Be aware of this guy Dave and his company access automation distributor's. He is very dishonest and arrogant. I would rather suggest dealing with a company that is more professional and ethical. You can't loose something you never received Dave and Gabby

Just spoke to a guy called Dave who works at access automation & security distributors he pushes the phone dead several times while I tried asking him about a D2 centurion motor very unhelpful , he’s the type of guy who will run a lucrative business into ruin.
