A vendor used this courier and they are the worst! They do not pitch when they are supposed to, basically just arriving whenever they feel like it. These are one of those companies that believe that they are doing you a favor. Why did they make it though level 5 lockdown!!!!!! The one star is a bonus because there is no zero star

Extremely poor management, Company is all about making money and dont care about their employee's or "small" clients. I would not recommend using ACT or supporting their corrupt ways. I think further action needs to be taken with this company. Their service delivery is shocking and seems like no one knows what is going on at any given time. ACT SCAM! Just like any complaints given, this one will be ignored. They dont care about improving their services or attitudes!
