We had our car serviced prior to leaving Durban for Cape Town. Ball joints were replaced in Durban. En route, we felt there was an issue with the car. Stopped in Bloemfontein. Act Steering & Suspension were most helpful and assisted us immediately. Upon their investigation, they found that the lower control arm bolts were not tightened!!!! Ettiene was amazing and within minutes, had the bolts all securely tightened and we were on our way - without any charge. This is 5* service. Thank you.

Phoned and asked if they could replace the rear back air spring on my Mercedes ML as I needed the car on the Friday. Work was completed early on Friday. The amount quoted was the amount paid. Everything was fine and just before Petrusburg the air suspension malfunction light came on. I phoned them and they said that they will wait for me to check. I pulled in after 4pm as they were already closed for the weekend. They did the diagnostics and i returned the car on the Monday. The compressor was replaced and the air suspension worked fine. Yesterday they replaced both the front control arms and the price was actually less than the amount quoted. This company will see me again as I will support them for their great service and price. Well done guys and girl!
