I purchased a second hand vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle had a pre-existing defect which they have been fixing for over 4 months now. Unfortunately there is no proper updates until I chase them and calls are not returned in a timeous manner and sometimes calls are not returned at all.

7 hours to do a basic service and repair a leaky ariel on a Ford Ranger, which they put the ariel back skew and left filthy finger marks on the ceiling inside the vehicle! Not enough staff, minimal equipment and tools to do basic jobs. Reporting this branch to Ford head office.
I can't begin to praise this dealership enough. I bought a second-hand car from Rikus. His professional manner and friendliness went a long way, and he kept me informed during every step. His after sales service has also been amazing thus far. Linda in their F&I division worked magic with the bank for finance - not even my private banker could match the interest rate she organised! She was also incredibly helpful and courteous. I am very thankful chuffed with the service from Rikus and Linda - they are definitely an asset to the Action Ford team!
Sorry to say but Action Ford Malmesbury you give pathetic service. One and half weeks just to replace a waterpump with me calling constantly to find out what the progress is, where my calls get taken but nobody calling back. When i recieved my vehicle the covers was laying in the boot and the screws missing. Bad service i will never recommend people to get their vehicles done by Action Ford Malmesbury.
I don't even know how I should start this review due to my level of disappointment in Ford Malmesbury. Your after sales service is absolutely shocking and non existant. You damaged my bakkie but it's been a month now waiting for the new part and still no answer about when the damaged part will be replaced. No phone calls and no updates.The first time and definitely the last time I will make use of your services. If it was possible to give your customer service 0 Stars I would.
No after-sales service whatsoever. I need to constantly phone and follow up to find out what is going on, even after being promised to be called back. Still waiting for my number plates I was promised to be sorted out in December. I still do not have the list of checks that was "supposedly" done on the vehicle before it was delivered. They have no problem phoning every day while the deal is on, but they go from hero to ZERO when the deal goes through! 3 months down the line and still waiting...
The employees at Ford Malmesbury were very professional and helpful, however... When I booked the car in with the booking lady I also asked for it to be checked for the power steering recall. This was not checked or mentioned on the day of service. Furthermore I was there when Ford opened and booked my car in as the second customer for the day. I only have 1 vehicle and requested it be done ASAP. I only had one other appointment that day which had to be done before 5 pm at least but I missed it as my car was done second last!!!! It was a 1.5h job and took them a whole day to get to it despite early booking and requests.
