I am most disappointed in Adendorff Machinery Marts' after sales service! I purchased an Air hose reel of which the hose fair-lead failed and ordered a new part in May 2018 and have sent numerous e-mails requesting as to when the part would arrive however, now it is March 2020 - two years later and again after e-mailing as to when I would receive the part, I still have no answer????? Is it worth it to purchase an item from Adendorff when they have poor after sales service?????????
