It seems ADT clearly has so much work that they don't have time for new customers. Met with ADT's sales people to connect an existing alarm to ADT this past week as i was supposed to start moving in today (which i expressly mentioned a few times), as soon as sales people left, that was the last i heard. Called them the next 3 days getting promises of someone calling to arrange an appointment. When calling this morning (when i was supposed to move in), the lady i spoke to advised that their technical manager will arrange someone to go out. Not talk to me, not give me a time or ask me if i am available. Now i am supposed to pay them, to protect my property when I can't even rely on them to pick up a phone? I don't think so. I completely disgusted at the poor level of service i received as a new customer. Safe to say i will not be suggesting ADT to anyone for anything.

Very bad. I've been a load customer 4 many years. They handed me to the attorneys without consulting me where as it was their mistakes. Not happy at all

Thank you so much ADT, we had a huge crisis with our gate. The gate fell off its rail and it is way to heavy for us to try and lift. We asked ADT for a guard for the night, seeing as our gate will be open all night. Within minutes they rounded enough people up to lift the gate back into place, without us even asking. One very impressed and happy customer.
