I can't wait to go to silk class. I am nearly 2 years in the studio and I don't want to stop... Ever Even being 50, I do what every youngster does. I havn't been so strong and flexible even being in gym for 30 years. I enjoy the instructors. Friendly... Helpful and alot of patience. The girls in the studio is awesome to be with.
