Some of the cigarettes has no tobacco from the filter to half the cigarette. I tried to send an e-mail but received a message that there is no such an address. Something is up with this company

Tried calling customer service. No connection. As if number doesn't exist. Seems dodgy to me. Possibly illegal business......
