I parked my car for a week at aps and now my car is having battery problems which i have never experienced before. It doesn't start and the guy who brought the car told me that they first had to jump-start the car. Its obvious that they left something on when they parked the car. Now i have to buy a new battery. Very bad service.

Excellent service without a doubt. Forgot my Card Wallet in the car and only realized it after we were through Customs. The friendly lady who answered the phone very quickly put me at ease and sent their driver to bring the wallet all the way through Customs, together with my prescription sun glasses, which I also forgot and didn't even realize at that time. Thank you once again!! Got my car back in one piece, nice and clean also.

Have used APS for a number of years and have never had reason to complain, are they perfect, probably not, I am sure they make mistakes just like any business, however I have never been disappointed in how they have dealt with me. My car is always waiting for me and as an added bonus nice and clean. I will continue to use them until my days of travel come to an end.
