Large gym with a avarge price for club membership of R409 for 2019, they usually have promotions to encourage people joining, prices may decrease if you are a member of one of the partners such as discovery vitality. The gym is equipped with morden equipment, a cycle studio, open space studios, swimming pool, a club v where you can leave your kids (24months - 5year olds), steam rooms are available in the restrooms. There are personal trainers available at a price. There are a variety of classes available from aerobic, strenth to cardio and HIIT (High Intense Interval Training), the classes are free but require booking as there is limited space available in the classes. The gym is usually crowded between 4pm-7pm during the week to the point where you might end up waiting up to 10 minutes to use equipment. Best option is to go there early mornings.
Great place to work out, been going here for years. The staff is really nice and the personal trainers are great too, offers great classes although they get packed but if you book ahead of time you guaranteed a spot. Overall good gym with affordable fees

This is an awesome place, the service is soooo great and the consultant and trainer's really know how to take care of clients.... The classes are amazingly great and enjoyable...
The equipment is old, the air conditioning in Studio 1 hardly works. Quite uncomfortable to do Step in Studio 1 with such poor ventilation. The club has one seated leg press machine, located downstairs, which is currently barred from use. The upstairs area has 2 open laying leg press machines but one is so squeaky. Plus the upstairs area is mostly full of guys, making it uncomfortable for women to exercise at. Overall a poor club... Not worth the membership
It was relatively empty which was good. It was not difficult to observe the physical distance between each other.
