Really disappointed with the service! I still haven't received my membership card for my medical aid since I signed up in Oct. They initially told me it will be delivered to my home/work address. When I called to enquire, they advised again that it will be delivered to my work/home address. I spoke with Elmarie today and she advised that the cards are at their office and I must drive to Alberton to collect it. She was getting upset with me when I asked her why it wasn't delivered to my home/work as discussed. I tried calling her again and she ignores my calls and messages. Quite obnoxious for a broker. Customer Service should be their priority but its not. Rather sign up with another broker. Care Line does not really CARE!
