Absolutely worst service. I regret shopping with them. Bought pants, they were too big. We tried exchanging at Donna Mall of the South. They didn't have nor can they assist with the same special. Furthermore, they promised to phone us when they had money to refund us. It's been days and no call. We try to phone them (their shop isn't even busy) and they don't answer calls. What more is there to do but write off the money.
