Worst customer service in the whole entire country. Absolutely pathetic and disrespectful customer service. They advertise products at misleading and incorrect prices, then claim error when challenged by fair consumers act. Dudu, the person at the counter would not honour prices and will report them to the Consumers Department. Will be phoning there head office, to lay complaints.

They had the shoes that we where looking for, and we got service when we needed. The problem is that the music was so loud that we had to shout at each other. Staff was shouting at each other and it made the experience miserable.

Five star customer care Footgear Alberton City!!!I will definitely will be using Footgear in the future. I have had a pleasant encounter with Dudu, very kind with great charisma, then it was Mpho a humble guy who took time to assist me to select the best footwear. Lastly today I met Sphamandla, a friendly, enthusiastic person who assisted me selecting the best training shoes. So far I have bought from Footgear Alberton City 4 pairs of sports shoes.
