Poor Service from Gautruss. Called 23 May 2018 and spoke to a lady. (Think her name is Sharon) I explained to her that I needed a quote on roof trussing. Told her I have two projects currently on the go and the one was urgent. Second one also needed to be done as soon as possible but the plans were resubmitted due to a deviation however a quote could still be done in the meantime. I was told that someone would come see me the following day. Unfortunately I can't remember the person's name that was supposed to see me. No calls from Gautruss. No apologies for wasting my time and not showing up. Clearly this company "GAUTRUSS" is unprofessional and don't need the business. 20 Days later and still waiting for a respone or call. Clearly this is not going to happen. Not a problem I will get someone else who is professional and wants the business.
