I am very disappointed with the service I receievd today. With the virus spreading so rapidly!. My car was handled for service but after handling it, it was not washed. When asking why is it not washed i was told that its COVID regulations that cars shouldnt be washed. There is no logic in that because washing distabilises the virus. Washing is one way of disinfacting but withHyndai Alberton, thats the opposite. What if due to handling, the virus can be planted in our cars? Washing the car was gonna wash away the virus or distabilise it. I am very disappointed. I drive a white Hyndai i20 HF 06 NX GP. When the virus is spreading so fast, it is the time that thorough washing should be done but not with Hyndai!!!!!!

Worse customer service i ever had since i fell in love with hyundai brand. The service manager Sean is so arrogant and unprofessional. My charging cable was removed from the usb slot and no one knows where the cable is. Even after one employee confirming that the cable was there, he insisted that i took it out.
