Had a reasonably good experience today. The queue were moving at a good pace. Had to renew car license disc as well as handing in forms for lost registration. Patric in particular was friendly and helpful -thank you!

Waiting has becoming ridiculous actually becoming worse recently only one person being helped at a time with the place full of people

Horrific- it did not matter that we had a booking or not. Arrived at 2 for appointing at 3 and no-one cared sent to back of the queue. 1 lady's appoint was 11 and she was still in the queue. People who just arrived were taken through by someone they call a runner. The Guards did nothing and infact they were party to what was happening. Only once I complained to the Manager - took me an hour to see her, she denied everything but oddly when leaving the queues were being managed and the desks were " manned".

The most horrible experience I have ever had in my entire life. I have never come across such incompetence, there is absolutely zero communication. Only inside do they tell you that you need a proof of residence and there is no cash. Would not recommend at all.

Card collection was so quick, barely spent 5 minutes there

Second day waiting in an endless line because they are so incompetent. Funny how I witness strange people walking up to tellers- as if they own the place- walking in and out - definitely not public servants . This place is rife with corruption- its the absolute pits

First time here not as bad as I thought. In and out in half an hour. Pro tip, bring all the necessary documents
