Initially gave this branch 4 stars a year ago. A few weeks ago my colleagues and I ordered from here on a few occasions. Delivery time is ridiculously long even though we were situated within 10 minutes of the branch. The last time we ordered by phone the lady informed us that they were out of stock on burgers, and then on the Mexican meals, and eventually admitted very rudely that they were out of stock on everything except chicken. On a Wednesday, lunch time. Eventually we ordered chicken which came to us dry and overcooked, and even though I specifically ordered a skinless piece my request was not fulfilled. Poor service, a lack of options and pathetic attitudes from the staff.
