I received an outstanding service from Herman Mogale, he went out of his way to ensure that I leave the shop satisfied.his upselling skills were on par. The reason not to give 5 star rating,is because it took over two hours for the sale to be concluded, the store did not have the necessary resources like telephone, they could not make a call to the head office to get authorisation for my contract, if that is what every customer who goes to My Alberton mall goes through, they are really fortunate they are still in business.

Bad and rude service from the MTN sales lady.I bought a sim card and submitted the rica documents but later realised the sim was not rica’d. Typical MTN Alberton City atrocious service, just dont waste your time going there they are not serious about ensuring good customer service.

Pathetic service. Firstly, the manager is not at the store. Secondly, the one sales personal is seen eating at the back (at 4pm) while I await service for almost 30min while another assistant is helping a customer. Thirdly, the older female decides to go shopping for bread rolls instead of assisting me. The sales assistant is still all the while helping the customer with her plethora of questions. Eventually I am assisted. The man is extremely helpful (Sabelo - he should be made manager!!!), and informs me of the wait period for my phone to be repaired. This was one week ago. Exacatly to the day. I have contacted MTN, and they have informed me that my phone hasn't even been booked in for repair. It is still at the shop. MTN Alberton City, your manager is incompetent, and a disgrace to your company.

Alberton City MTN has the worst service. My contract was done incorrectly and now have a problem correcting it because the guy that I was dealing with was off sick. They didnt even want to check and made me call 135 who told me it was done incorrectly. I will cancel my contract and move to another network.
