Have never seen such indifference, incompetence and inefficiency.Escalating issues does not help as the manager is equally indifferent and has a "don't care" attitude and just stares at you. They don't bother responding to emails. They have been changing postbox locations soo many times without bothering to inform customers, although they have our contact details. At some point I could not get my mail as there were no postboxes due to upgrades and no one had bothered to advise me. The other time I went to collect mail, only to realize that there were new postboxes and I had not been advised or issued with a key inorder to access my mail.Their service is simply PATHETIC!!

Absolutely WORST service EVER!!!!!! If you go into the branch, they help you as if they actually want you to leave. And they take forever. You will spend 30-40mins there. They do not respond via email, if you phone them, they do not answer or if they do they keep you on the line for 10min and as soon as you start to talk, they drop the line. BAD!!!!! Bad bad!!!!
