After paying and not hearing anything about my order, a lady named Esme told me to "oh my word just relax" and being scolded for contacting her directly to find out what's happening with my order (after hearing NOTHING after making payment....no acknowledgement of payment, shipping the order, nothing). Beyond unprofessional, I don't recommend Esme's services at all. She does not know the first thing about customer service.
