Bought small bike for my son for Xmass got no feedback regarding courier got bike full of scratches helmet is wrong color and scratched looks like second hand. Bike won't start Marius is no help. Had to take bike to another bike shop to get it running R5k I could have spend far better. Will never make use or recommend Promoto to any one worst ever service.

Dont buy these mini quad bikes!.. I asked marius several times to send me a pull start as the second day we used it with less than an hour worth of riding it the pull start cable snapped.. and now the clutch has packed up 5hrs into use.. brand new bike should not do this. Marius just ignores any request to even just supply parts, his a crook. Once he has his cash there's no warranty on it!!

Waste of time.... says he closes at 2 on a Saturday, drove 10km to find no one there.... no sure how you run a business from a house like that..... dont waste your time trying to get spares from them
