Poor service, so rude on the phone And they keep calling me by mistake and confusing me with other clients ( 3 times in one day) Most incompetent place I've ever dealt with Rather use rainbow refrigerators don't waste your time

The pits for service and absolutely useless at repairs. Cost me over R5000.00 for a washing machine repair that they messed up so badly I had to spend a further R3500.00 to have their shoddy workmanship corrected by a proper repair service center. Under no circumstances recommended.

Took my washing machine in to these guys and they straight away knew what the problem was based on my description. Efficient, same day service. Only very slight inconvenience is that the do not accept card payments, only cash or eft. Great job done though and haven't had a moments trouble with my matching since.
